Though Ecuador is a poverty stricken nation it is full of wonderful places and treasures which need to be presserved. Places which literally are being baried under mounds of trash or crumbling because of the lack of funding or citizens states of mind. The average citizen is more rightfully concerned about being able to food on the table than making sure the wonders of their country survive. Through the efforts of individuals and private groups events have slowly been changing, however the transformation is being impeaded by the lack of time in which the enviroment and society can withstand the ways of modern man.
